Job Title: Office / Purchasing Administrator
Salary: £20,280 p/a
Hours: Mon – Thursday 8.30am – 4pm & Friday 8:30am – 1.30pm
Location: St Helens
Full Time Permanent Opportunity

The Recruitment co is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/Purchasing Administrator to join one of our clients team on a full time permanent position based in the St Helens area working 8:30am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 13:30pm Fridays.

My client is looking for an individual with previous exposure in a similar role with past use of SAGE and Order-wise and good computer skills, with good interpersonal/team qualities. You must also be able to offer flexibility (with notice) in the working hours at peak business times.

Key duties and responsibilities of an Office Administrator include but are not restricted to:

  • Telephone call handling
  • Purchasing and stock controls
  • Financial invoice data entry
  • Documentation/drawing collation
  • Data collation and analysing
  • Office filing duties
  • Internet search marketing exercises

Skills and experience required to be our Office Administrator:

  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; in particular, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Past experience using SAGE accounting software
  • Past experience using Order-wise software
  • Good internal and external communication skills, both written and oral
  • Clean drivers licence would be an advantage
