We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Client’s established and growing team in Blackpool FY4. This role is easily accessible for people in South shore, Lytham, Freckleton, Bispham and Cleveleys area

Operations Administrator Salary: £22,000

Operations Administrator hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday:

Operations Administrator role and responsibilities:

• Oversee and review new client accounts
• Ensure that all required documentation is obtained
• Deal with any queries via phone/email regarding the Onboarding process
• Input client data into the inhouse system
• Checking data has been correctly input
• Send confirmation of account opening to various parties via email
• Run reports to capture gaps/errors in data
• Manage various projects regarding data

The ideal Operations Administrator will:

• Have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Have a good understanding of working in a regulated environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
