We are looking for someone who is educated to Masters level or equivalent and has experience of working in a patient safety related role. You will have significant knowledge of national patient safety policy and strategy, and levers for change in the NHS system, as well as the ability to engage staff and work collaboratively.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Have the ability to prioritise workloads and still meet deadlines. Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt presentations to different types of attendees, i.e. stakeholders, vulnerable groups, team members. Computer literate especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
