The Recruitment Co are currently hiring a permanent Planning Coordinator for their client based in Longforgan, Dundee.

Due to location, only candidates with their own transportation will be considered for this role.

Pay rate: £22,000 per annum

Location: Longforgan

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: 08.00-17.00 – 5 days out of 7 – 1 in 4 weekends

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via telephone and email
  • Log and report faults and issues
  • Keep IT systems up to date
  • Receive and dispatch jobs to engineers
  • Liaise with engineers when organising bookings
  • Manage diaries
  • General administration duties

What we are looking for:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • High attention to detail
  • Competent with Microsoft packages and IT systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients
