Our client, based in Preston PR1, is looking to recruit a Pre-Litigation / Litigation Fee Earner to work in a modern, Law firm on a full time basis.

Pre-Litigation / Litigation Fee Earner Salary and benefits: £19,000 to £21,000 dependent on experience, plus Bonus scheme , Company events, Casual dress -office, Free onsite parking J

Pre-Litigation / Litigation Fee Earner role details:

The successful Pre-Litigation / Litigation Fee Earner candidate will have some previous experience working within Personal Injury and handling Pre-Litigation and litigation files.

• You will be a dedicated, hard-working individual who is now looking for a new opportunity to further progress.
• Experience in the legal sector dealing with Road Traffic Accidents.
• Ability to organise yourself and hit required timescales.
• Good people skills for teamwork and building relationships with co-workers and clients
• Good written skills.
• Able to consistently work to a great pace and work towards organisational targets.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle pre-litigation files and progress suitable matter for litigation
• To have worked with Proclaim or CRM based software experience
