Premises Officer – Belfast.

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time Premises Officer.

Pay Rate: £16.45

Administrator hours of work:

• Monday to Friday
• 37 hours 9am-5pm

Job Duties: 

Premises Duties:
Ensuring compliance with all statutory checks including Health and Safety and Fire Checks.
Arranging work orders to address remedial actions to building and contents.
Addressing Ad Hoc queries as required.
Dealing with cleaners, contractors, and security staff.
Clare House contract management.

Essential Criteria: 

Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English and 2 A levels

The successful applicant will be required to complete as Access NI during registration
