Our client is a busy multi-disciplinary practice based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in financial mis-selling, data breaches, and housing are now seeking a Proclaim Developer too join their growing team.

The Proclaim Developer, will be an integral part of the development team and will be responsible for enhancing productivity and providing support to numerous Proclaim case management users.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months proven experience in Proclaim development, with a solid understanding of delivering changes into business processes through Proclaim.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Design, develop, and implement Proclaim changes and enhancements.
• Ensuring thorough testing of all solutions and changes implemented in Proclaim prior to release.
• Creating new screens.
• Understanding of maths functions and tests.
• Work flow maintenance – letters, forms, linked actions.
• Maintenance of user profiles.
• Analyse existing Proclaim code routines to determine what they do, any missing paths, gaps in work flow, opportunities for simplification and performance enhancement; Create new case types, database fields and correspondents.
• Document planned changes using project and work flow documentation and retain current configurations for recovery purposes; Facilitate roll-out to relevant departments; Assisting with the IT Service desk from time to time.

Key Experience

• Basic/intermediate understanding of Proclaim Development & configuration
• Proclaim Tech 4 Training preferred
• Experience of structured programming methods
• Experience in claims or litigation is desirable but not essential

Work Location:

The successful candidate will be required to be situated in our City Centre Manchester office
5 days a week.
