The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Production Line Leader / Team Leader for a large manufacturing company based in Oldham

Candidates must have experience working in a manufacturing / production environment.

Candidates must have experience Supervising a small team.

You will be Supervising a team of 10 Production Operatives working on a production line.

Pay: £11.60 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7am-6pm

Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks.

For this role you will need the following:

  • Manufacturing experience – essential
  • Man management skills of up to a Team of 10 people – essential
  • Machinery operation – desirable
  • Experience of completing production line paperwork – essential
  • H&S awareness – essential
