Production / Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and organising production schedules
• Organising daily shifts ensuring optimum machine utilisation
• Supervise and motivate all production staff
• Liaise with Engineering for any repairs and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with Customer service, Supervisors & Transport Coordinator
• Ensure all manufactured items are produced in good time for the Transport Coordinator
• Agree timescales with Customer Service
• Determining quality control standards
• Review worker performances, carrying out disciplinary action when required
• Organising relevant training sessions
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are always maintained
• Work with other managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
