Looking for a new job offering an immediate start and weekly pay! The Recruitment Co. is immediately hiring Production Operatives in Northampton, NN6. This is not a standard production operative role, You will be working from a desk in a fantastic office!

About our client: You’ll be joining a British market leader for Transport for London!

Production Operative Pay Rate:

• Days £10.42 per hour

Hours of work as a Production Operative:

• Monday – Friday AM 07:00 AM – 15:00 PM

Your role as a Production Operative:

● Printing smartcards – selecting the correct scheme and printing the smartcard, monitoring quality throughout
● Running mech mailer machine and booking out cards- processing the printed smartcard /letter
● Photograph and Document approval – checking that the submitted images fall into the guidelines and rejecting where necessary
● Duplicate matching – matching client details to previous applications
● Data Capture – with a high attention to detail and speed, capturing applicant’s personal details and typing them into the data management system – InNovator;
● Mail processing – dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Key Skills
● An eye for detail and to be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy card fulfilment environment;
● A flexible, disciplined, and positive customer focussed approach;
● An understanding of process workflows and the role each process plays;
● A high level of accuracy;
● A positive and confident attitude;
● Drive and energy;
● A working knowledge to high level on Microsoft Office, Google & smartcard applications
