We are currently recruiting for Property Assistants for our client in Atherstone!

The candidate must be able to manage a full and varied workload. The role demands a proactive and positive attitude, teamwork, high attention to detail, meticulous organisation and effective time management as well as the drive to deliver quality.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Project administration to include:
  • creation of high-level presentations on PowerPoint
  • PA support / travel booking / minute taking / writing memos and agendas
  • legal administration and communication with solicitors
  • logging and reviewing various documents including tenders and contracts
  • invoice processing and tracking
  • off-site and on-site meetings
  • project / deadline / action tracking
  • Fee / design change documentation / design variations tracking
  • Continually identifying ways to improve processes and practices, then implementing and embedding them
  • To provide organisational and administrative support to the Real Estate Director and National Real Estate Construction team

A significant proportion of the role involves invoice processing, facts, figures, and the use of Excel, SAP and SAP Ariba. The position requires a process-orientated mindset, strong tracking and organisation skills, teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demanding adaptability to an ever-changing set of requirements.

Essential Criteria

  • 8 GCSE including English and Mathematics (minimum Grade C).
  • 3 A Level’s or equivalent
  • Invoice and cost control
  • Project administration
  • Process development
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proven ability to work independently on own initiative and with a wider team
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Positive, collaborative attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks whilst under pressure
  • Willingness to take responsibility with a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach
  • Accuracy at record keeping
  • Passionate about delivering a great service and conscious of the impact that their work has on the wider business
