The Recruitment Co are recruiting A Quality Engineer to join our clients expanding team. A world-leading manufacturer of high-quality technical products.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Up to £38,000

Shifts: Days

Overall Job Purpose:

Internal auditing of the QMS/Device & completing compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Adherence to audit schedules for the companies QMS & GMP
• Assisting with QMS improvement
• Performing audits of the production quality system & device
• Assessing non-conformance (product and system) for potential compliance breaches
• Issuing audit reports and notifications on any follow-up actions identified
• Monitoring follow-up actions and conducting verification of effectiveness audits
• Supporting Third Party regulatory audits and customer audits
• Completing compliance checks for NPI, ECN’s and Concession’s
• Maintaining all required records and performance indicators
• Analysing data to support quality improvement
• Maintenance of the BCP (Business Continuity Plan)

Experience:

Essential

• Auditing Experience to ISO 9001

Desirable

• Knowledge/experience of NPI/ECN/CAPA/Concession processes

Qualifications and training:

Essential

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditing

Desirable

• ISO 13485
• Formal engineering qualifications
