Job Title: Recoveries Handler

Location: Warrington (WA3)

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Determine responsible parties for invoice recovery and assess credit risk insurance.
• Recover repair costs from relevant entities, following company guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
• Stay updated on legal and technical information, including relevant motor case law.
• Meet service level agreements and complete assigned tasks.
• Generate and analyse reports, track targets.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, deliver excellent customer service.
• Process payments to designated parties.
• Provide support to team members and assist in various business areas as needed.
• Stay informed about company products and engage in training opportunities.
• Prioritise personal and others’ health and safety.
