Recruitment Consultant Salary:

23,000 per annum basic (depending on experience)

• Flexible work pattern offered between the hours of 8am and 6pm

About the Recruitment Consultant role:

You’ll be liaising with a variety of businesses, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing efficient and effective solutions. You will also interview candidates both face-face and by video technology to fully understand their skills, whilst using every opportunity to develop sales leads. The key to success will be your ability to match the best candidates in the market with the needs of your clients.

• You will operate in 360 capacity, managing both clients and candidates
• You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients and candidates
• You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
