We are recruiting for remote customer service advisers to join a government campaign starting week commencing 18th September!

The role involves inbound and outbound calling helping the public to book in vaccination and booster appointments.

£10.09 per hour paid weekly
Temp contract – expected to run minimum of 8 weeks – possible extension
Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 9pm
2 days remote paid training provided

OWN EQUIPMENT REQUIRED –
Laptop/ Desktop with Windows 10+ (NO chrome or mac)
USB Headset
Must have minimum 4GB available RAM

We are looking for candidates who have solid customer service experience and telephony skills.
