The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Crewe on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading manufacturing business.

To provide administrative and customer services support within a small sales office.

Salary:

£24,000 per annum

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday
9am until 5pm

45 minute lunch break

The Job:

  • Processing of sales orders/ purchase orders
  • Meet and greet company visitors
  • Speak to customers daily over the telephone and face to face
  • Receive customer enquiries/orders via telephone or email
  • Check stock records for availability
  • Produce accurate written quote/order confirmation
  • Liaise with workshop staff on delivery lead-times
  • Ensure customer demands are met
  • Produce invoices from the delivery notes
  • Filing of all created paperwork
  • Provide a daily tally of quotes/ orders produced
  • Deal with high volume of incoming/outgoing calls
  • Liaise with logistics companies regarding deliveries
  • Produce purchase orders for procurement of fittings/stock/stationary
  • General admin duties as required

    Experience / Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient in using Excel & word
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on
    their own initiative
  • Willing to learn a bespoke SOP system

    Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic Maths and English ability
  • The ability to Interpret technical data
  • Attention and accuracy to detail
