Job Title: Sales Adviser
Contract:Temporary 6 weeks assignment
Pay: £12.50 p/h

Seeking an experienced sales adviser to increase adoption of our adviser site over a 6-week period
Our Group Protection Online quote platform is getting an upgrade, which means IFAs will need to log in via our adviser site to access the system

• By registering for the adviser site, IFAs can continue using our quote platform for Group Protection schemes with 3-250 lives, access upcoming enhancements in 2023, and quote and manage other products from our range
• Use Salesforce and Five-9 call system to make calls to a targeted list of IFAs needing to register for our adviser site
• Highlight the benefits of registering and guide the IFA through the registration process online while recording outcomes
• Provide follow-up email template for those who ask for further details
• Support from marketing and distribution teams provided to reach out to IFAs who need to register
• Remaining approximate 700 IFAs to be targeted over the 6-week period
• IFAs contacted will be a mix of users from Howdens and Towergate to smaller independent IFAs
• Anticipate calls to take approximately 10-15 minutes maximum
• Sales experience, good phone manner, and enjoyment of working with customers to help them get the best out of an online platform required
