Our client, based in Chorley, is ready to expand its busy, modern and vibrant call centre and is looking for Sales Agents to join their team.

With a basic salary of up to £20,000 – £22,000 plus industry leading bonus with existing Sales Agents earning in excess of £35,000 with fantastic promotional opportunities; this is an ideal role for anyone who is results and money motivated.

If you have worked in roles such as: Protection Specialist, Insurance Broker, Outbound Sales, Telesales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant, this Sales Agent role would be ideal for you..

The company offers hybrid working. This is a permanent position

Day to day responsibilities for the Sales Agent are:

  • This role focuses on handling outbound and incoming leads produced by the company’s marketing activity and generating business from various data sources.
  • You are the sales contact for prospective customers.
  • You will utilise your knowledge, experience and persuasion skills, to optimise the number of sales opportunities through selling insurance and other related products.
  • You will be responsible for the accurate gathering of information and assessing the client’s financial situation
  • Utilise the software systems available in an organised and appropriate way to achieve sales targets and deliver good customer service in a compliant manner.
  • Maintain your product and market knowledge to operate effectively and compliantly.

The ideal Sales Agent will have:

  • A proven sales background.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to produce accurate work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
