Call Centre experience desirable

Willingness to work in a call centre sales role dealing with 100% warm leads – You must be self-motivated and thrive on achieving your sales.

Confidence in your own ability to sell a vehicle insurance solution – full training is provided

Job Role:

The jobholder is responsible to handle client enquiries for insurance quotations.

These are inbound calls and outbound calls.

Sales Agents are responsible for bringing in new business and renewing existing clients policies.

You must be self-motivated and thrive on achieving your sales.

You will work well within a team environment as well as be able to manage your own pipeline of opportunities.

You must be a clear and confident communicator. A key quality is to be resilient to change and when striving to reach core KPI’s.

Key responsibilities:

Contact potential clients using warm leads and referrals

Gather information from clients to assess their risk profile and offer the proper insurance solution

Building client relationships to retain clients at renewal stage

Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it to your day-to-day role

Fulfil company, regulatory and policy obligations in a professional manner.
