Role: Sales Coordinator
Salary: £20k
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work as a Sales Coordinator :
8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
About the Sales Coordinator role:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Take incoming phone calls and process sales orders
- Check order statuses
- Answer basic product related questions
- Record enquiry details and pass to technical or sales supervisor
- Attention to detail
- Working to targets and deadlines
