Role: Sales Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 – Depending on experience

Duration: Permanent, Full Time – 5 Days

Office based with potential to go to Hybrid after probation

Monday to Friday

Location – Warrington (WA3)

Job Purpose

  • To support the sales department in the day-to-day management of active and prospective clients within the vehicle repair sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To manage customer queries and problems in a timely manner and record the issue.
  • To coordinate a new account onboarding process. This may include due diligence, Credit Safe and Google searches. Send out agreements and follow up, ensuring all details are added to the relevant database and CRM.
  • Coordinate and manage network changes on behalf of the business and bodyshop partners.
  • Ensure RANA (Database) and the CRM are updated following any interaction with a customer.
  • Maintain customer records
  • Prepare data for eventual production of sales reports.
  • Work collaboratively with operational staff and management
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features,
  • Be aware of market trends and industry headlines

About the candidate:

  • Experience of working within a sale’s centric environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Computer literate: CRM software and MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
  • Experience of managing own workload to deadlines
  • Good standard of education especially in English and maths.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Proactive team player
  • Assertive and confident
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines and department quality and service standards
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate and make logical decisions
  • Sound judgement and strong negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Qualifications Essential
