We have a 2 x Business Development Advisor roles available, with a superb local established business in Lytham.

Business Development Advisor salary: c£21500 – £25000 basic salary + £15000 bonus – uncapped

Business Development Advisor hours: Flexible working options available -37.5 hours Monday – Friday – flexi time

The role of a Business Development Advisor:

• Maintain regular communications with customers to remain ‘front of mind’ and encourage increased business
• Develop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completed
• On-board new customers, assess business potential and develop plan with Head of BD to secure additional customers
• Fielding incoming calls and emails
• Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills
• Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications
• Liaise with internal departments
