Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team in Bispham.

Senior Administrator salary c£22-24k

Senior Administrator hours of work 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm Friday OR they would consider 3 / 4 days per week

Senior Administrator role and responsibilities:

This role is to help support senior management as well as the business team.

It will involve:

• Booking travel
• A high volume of order processing from large Corporate and National Accounts – with high time pressure at times to get the orders on and out the door before the shipping deadlines
• Working through a backlog orders and keeping customers up to date
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Dealing with customers over the phone progressing and chasing their orders.
• Raising new parts
• Coordinating project costing
• Liaising with sales team on any potential orders or stock shortfalls
• Filing
• Working with technical team to ensure or to decipher which parts are needed or correct
• Working with procurement teams on stock lead times, alternative items and other related
• stock issues
• Working with customer services on returns and invoice queries
• Building strong relationships with customers

Senior Administrator will need to:

• Be highly organised
• Be advanced in excel (ie v-look ups/pivot tables etc)
• Be a strong communicator
• Be a team player
• Have an analytical mind
