Job Title: Senior Campaign & Content Manager
Location: Chepstow
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 a year

Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday days regular (Hybrid working)

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Senior Campaign & Content Manager to work for a client of ours based in Chepstow. This role is a full time & permanent position.

Job roles:

• Content, email + social media calendar (10%): Create
• Content output (25%): Implement the content plan, create content and drive output to ensure all deliverables are met and turn-around is cost-effective.
• Technical-related writing (such as about the circular economy and sustainability)
• Email campaigns, automation + HubSpot (30%):
• Social media management
• Respond to people that engage with our social media.
• Analysis, reporting & KPIs
• Cross-departmental marketing support
• Admin
• Market analysis

Required experience:

• Experience overseeing the creation of all creative assets to support your content
• They need experience in content creation, email marketing and social media acquisition.
• Maintain a positive, successful and polite manner when dealing with customers
• Champion the brand internally and externally
• Always maintain professionalism with all colleagues and customers
• Understand how SEO informs blog content production
• Present KPIs and insights on a regular basis linked to the marketing plan

Nice to haves:

• Experience using?creative software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Canva?(desirable)
• Understanding of both the telecom industry and our products and services offering
• A skilled user of HubSpot and Asana
