We are looking for a hands – on Senior Telemarketer who will provide first line support to the Client Success Manager, helping to manage key clients for our clients business.

You should be comfortable liaising with clients on the telephone and in person with the main objective being to build long term business relationships

The role involves day to day responsibility for leading from the front with colleagues and clients.
You will deputise for the Manager when they are out of the office, and maintain high levels of professionalism and KPI achievement.
Your responsibilities:

• Lead from the front and personally generate leads across the programs to which you are aligned.
• Always be on the look out for new business opportunities
• Leading by example; coaching and guiding the team.
• Be one of the main operational points of contact for assigned client and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the salespeople within our client organisation/s.
• Communicate client needs and requirements the necessary departments within the business
• Track client account metrics.
• Deputise for the Client Success Manager.

Requirements:

• A background in Telemarketing is critical for this role ( ideally technical Telecoms or IT products)
• Customer delivery experience.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to communicate client needs with the team delivering the service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great listening and communications skills.
• Experience in leading a team, particularly as regards coaching, mentoring team members.
