We are currently recruiting for Service Desk Agents to work remotely on a 12 week contract

  • Contact Centre environment (FCA regulated)
  • Handling telephone and email queries from Businesses (B2B) NOT Consumers (B2C)
  • End user queries – amending data on account/credit file, initiating password resets, explaining why business have failed a credit check

£11.28 per hour pay
Hours: shifts either 8:30am – 5pm or 9:30am – 6pm (mon-fri)
12 weeks contract
WFH – equipment provided

We are looking for –
Previous contact centre background
Problem solving
Strong telephone manner and typing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
