The Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef & Kitchen Staff to join a local Swansea restaurant based in the Uplands.

Contract: Permanent
Salary: Sous Chef £14ph / Kitchen staff up to £12ph
Hours of work: Sous Chef: 45 hours per week / kitchen staff- flexible hours available / Mainly evening work, working weekends with Mondays and Tuesdays off.

Role Responsibilities:

• Sous chef to work closely with the Head Chef to always ensure a smooth operating kitchen and team.
• Take part in training and developing kitchen staff
• Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and served at the restaurant is to the highest standard and all team members understand the importance of presentation.
• Prepare and cook several dishes

• Health and safety awareness
• Ensure Kitchen and Back areas remain clean, tidy and a safe environment.
• Kitchen staff eager to learn and develop

Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
