Store Manager based in Southport
Salary: £48,190 – £62,850 per annum,
Contract: Full Time, permanent contract
The Recruitment Co. is working in partnership with 1 of the UK’s largest supermarkets – we are currently recruiting for a Store Manager based in their Southport store. The Role and Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will be part of an incredible team of people working within a fast paced, customer focused based environment. You will be responsible for the running of a multi-million pound store and inspiring your team to be the best and to be proud of what you are achieving together. Within our stores the workload is shared, we are looking for a manager who can lead by example and isn’t to be hands on in order to support but teach your team.
You will be responsible for;
- People management
- Training and performance standards
- Order processing
- Quality control
- Customer support and feedback
- Maximizing store sales and growth
- Optimizing efficiency
- Cost management
But above all else, you will lead your team to success and together you will deliver the best and be the best for our customers.
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and driven individual with previous managerial experience, ideally within supermarket retail but we will look to consider all management experience.
You will have worked in a fast paced, customer driven environment with knowledge and experience of working to targets, cost management and sales optimisation.
- 40-45 hours per week
- Flexibility will be required as you will be working shifts inline with the store operating hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00am – 10:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
