Structured Finance Analyst – Central London – Leading Transport Infrastructure Organisation – £60-70k starting salary DoE

Are you an experience Structured Finance Analyst based in or around the London (Central) Area?

Are you degree qualified in Finance or Accounting?

Have you experience in the financing of infrastructure projects or corporate financing processes?

Do you possess experience leading and managing project based teams?

If the answers are yes, our client a leading transport infrastructure business are looking for someone to help design and implement the most appropriate financial structure for each of the Group’s new projects with the aim of optimizing the Group’s value and providing adequate funds for its operation over time.

What you need:

Bachelors degree in Finance or accounting

Structured Finance, Project Finance and Corporate Finance
Proficient Excel Skills

2-3yr on a Corporate Finance function in a Bank, lead advisory firm or industry sponsor

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Participated in financing of infrastructure projects or corporate financing processes

The Role:

• Design and implement the financing strategy for the Group’s companies or acquisitions, as well as in the possible refinancing according to the guidelines set by the Department Director.
• Search, identify and select financial institutions that can offer financial products adjustable to the financing of projects or Group Companies, and initiate negotiation processes to determine the best financing conditions.
• Close the negotiation with the banks, transferring the documentation that has been used during the financing process.
• The monitoring and control of financing with the aim of ensuring compliance with the agreed conditions.
• Decide on the content and application of waivers in financing and communication contracts to the financial management.
• Proactively seek new forms of financing that improve the conditions initially agreed.
• Lead the relationship with the Group’s financial advisors, both for new projects and Due Diligence.
• Ensure a correct application of financing formulas in economic models.
• Be constantly updated and informed of the trends and financial products offered by specialized entities to seek the best possible conditions during financial structuring.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Departments of the Financial Area in providing homogeneity and solidity to the economic and financial information of the Group.
• Promote the application of the Group’s systems, procedures and policies in its area of influence.
