We are hiring talent acquisition specialist for our client in Central Bristol. You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment is proactively responsive to the service needs of the organisation, with the aim of increasing the number and quality of applicants across the workforce reducing vacancy rates, time and cost to hire.

Hours of work:

• 8 hours shift between 7am to 6pm

Location:

• Central Bristol

Pay rate:

• £12.50 per hour

Duties:

• To maintain an overview of vacancies, with a more detailed understanding of key designated areas of responsibility.
• Ensure the post-holder comply with local and national policies and procedures, with regards to pre and post-employment checks and equal opportunities legislation.
• Provide high calibre and consistent advice and support to managers.
• Continuously review and maintain effective procedures and processes in the recruitment service,supporting the provision of a service which is fit for purpose and offers high standards of quality.
• Maintain an awareness of divisional workforce risks and support managers in their mitigating actions.
• Provide and ensure an excellent candidate management service, this includes overseeing, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, backed up by efficient processing and timely communications at all stages of the recruitment journey.
• Maintain recruitment databases and monitoring systems for recruitment, in line with those adopted by resourcing.
