Talent and Engagement Manager 40-50K

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a top HR professional/manager. This role will see the successful candidate be a critical resource in the HR function. You will report directly into the Head of Talent and Development and work alongside other Heads in the Buisness.

There will be 3 main areas in this role and you will manage to your workload between all three and they are, Talent and Development, Engagement D&I and Graduates/Apprentices.

The successful candidate only needs a couple of years experience but they need to be dynamic, fast-paced and have had experiences building up and running HR projects in the past.
