Hours of work as a Technical Support Advisor: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

About the Technical Support Advisor role:

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to customers across the UK in order to maintain their systems. You will support the field engineers where required and rectify any faults in a professional and timely manner.

You will work closely with the service team to make sure equipment is prepped, calibrated, and ready to be sent out to our customers. The role will be to deal with time sensitive cases

The ideal Technical Support Advisor will have:

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Practical experience of some or all (Mandatory)
• Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Hardware, peripherals, mobile devices.
• TCP/IP, LAN and WAN troubleshooting
• Windows 10 experience
• Microsoft 365
