Our client, a leading public sector organisation, based in Belfast (BT8) are looking to recruit Telephony Agents (x2) to join their team.

The role is available immediately for up to 51 weeks initially
Hourly Pay: £11.70

 

Hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

AO staff work within the Telephony Team as telephony agents. The Telephony Team handles inbound and outbound calls and maintain records on office computer systems.

Main duties include providing callers with a free and confidential advice on benefits, supports and other services.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs A – C grade including Maths and English (proof required)
  • Good computer and communication skills and ability to use telephony equipment.
  • Previous experience of dealing with the public
