The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Middlewich on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading company within its industry.

As a warehouse operative you will work as part of the team to ensure smooth running of the operation day to day.

SALARY:

£22,000 per annum ( increasing after 3 months)

WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm
Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm
No weekends

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
·Process incoming goods, checking them against the purchase order and move them to a designated storage location.
·Decant finished product from bulk containers to smaller containers for transport.
·Complete countdown labels/packing worksheets.
·Apply labels to each container in line with established customer and legal requirements.
·Palletise smaller containers for transport out.
·Move palletised/finished products to holding area.
·Load palletised containers or IBC’s onto transport vehicles Transfer finished products from IBC to bulk road tankers
·Decant raw materials from bulk road tankers.
·Follow Company Health & Safety Policy, procedures and guidelines.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
·Current Counterbalance FLT licence.
·Experience in a warehouse operative role.
·Physically capable of manually handling.
·Basic computer skills.
·GCSE standard literacy and numeracy.
·Ability to work to established procedures.
·Team player..
