The Recruitment Co. is excited to be hiring on behalf of a global leader within the market research industry.

Location: Work from Home

Day in the life of a Call Handler:

• You’ll be making outbound calls to members of the public, students and various businesses.
• Conducting surveys, simply asking people’s opinions and accurately capturing the participants’ responses.
• You will always work from a scripted questionnaire making it a simple and easy process.

Call Handler Pay Rate and Shift Times:

• £10.42 per hour + accrued holiday pay.
• Shifts vary however successful candidates must be able to work at least Monday/Friday evenings or Weekend shifts.
• Shifts that may be available
• Monday to Friday: 9am-1pm and/or 1.30pm-5pm and or 5pm-9pm.
• Saturday and Sunday: 10am-2.30pm and/or 2.30pm-7pm.
• You must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week. Full time hours available.
• Evenings and Weekends availability is essential.
• Start date will be around the start of October

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Representative, Sales Representative or if you have any customer service background whether that be face to face or by phone.
