We are currently recruiting 2 X EO2s in Belfast City Centre (May Street ). The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 7th July
Rate of pay: £14.93 ph
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday
These are AWP Posts. The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff should have at least 3 months experience of working in MOVE 2 UC pre claims and may be required to attend the office full-time at the line managers discretion.

  •     To act as Move to UC Team Leader, proactively conducting all the duties of team leader including and not limited to: –

    • Manage performance improvement activities within the team and ensure day to day operations are maintained.
    • Understanding and utilising performance management tools including Pulse and WFM (Workforce Manager), ensuring AUX Codes and Schedules are met throughout the day.
    • Working together with internal and external staff to maintain operational delivery including operational and senior leaders. Situations may arise for resources and work to be moved/reallocated at short notice and the discretion to manage these requirements.
    • To lead by practical example, helping to deal with customer calls as required, to handle customer complaints and compliments including dealing with vulnerable customers.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work closely with the Operational Managers to deliver a great service and maintain an effective operation.
    • Ensure attendance is monitored and reviewed, liaising with TRC re next steps when appropriate.
    • Actively manage and promote People Engagement and Wellbeing Activities at both team and site level.
    • Maintaining confidentiality around individual staff circumstances as well as business decisions in discussion.
    • To actively deal with any HR issues within your team in conjunction with NICS stakeholders and TRC
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English plus 2 A levels or equivalent
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
