We are currently recruiting for 3x EO2 based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Rate of pay: £15.83
Hours of work: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday 37 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Support for Test and Learn- Support the Test and Learn initiative- collate information, arrange and minute meetings, oversee returns.Appropriate Record Management of the above.
Steering Group and Project Support – prepare and update project and Steering Group documentation, prepare updates, support Steering Group meetings.
Financial Monitoring – Monitor spend of Urban Villages revenue projects and report on same when necessary.
Ministerial / Assembly Business – Collate and prepare briefing/submission documents as and when required.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
5 GCSEs including English and Maths and 2 A-levels or the equivalent
Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
