Our client, based in Londonderry is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
– AO duties in CSP include Quality Assurance of all electronic documents, creating & maintaining register of records / papers destroyed, liaising with systems re electronic records, obtaining knowledge of pensions, assisting with special exercises eg revision of awards, resource accounts & maintenance of electronic records and any other AO duties within CSP. AO duties in CSP also include:Complete casework ensuring the scheme rules are adhered to. Processing routine cases; raising of queries; Ensuring correct data is held; ensuring acceptable standards of accuracy and targets met; Respond to correspondence; Assist EOII in the collection of all necessary management information for presentation in Branch Action Plan, Monthly Management Team Meeting or as and when requested; Ensure all statistical returns are completed on a timely basis in order to facilitate planning within the section and the branch; assisting with the testing of IT system functionality; raising incidents and faults with the Hartlink System; adhoc as required. Administrative Officers can be rotated throughout the operational area from time to time.
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
– Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Good communication skills
– Ability to use own initiative
Wage:
– £11.99ph (weekly)

Start Date:
– ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
– 6 months, subject to review
Work Pattern:
– 37 hrs Per Week, 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri
