We are currently recruiting for AO’s for our client based in Belfast city centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 19th Feb
Duration: 51 weeks with extension
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week
The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Rate of pay: £11.99
Key Responsibilities
As per job description for the job role.
UCFS Case Management duties, processing and maintaining UC claims in a Digital environment and telephony duties.
Training will be provided between 19.02.24 – 19.04.24, full attendance is important in order to successfully pass training. Training will be as follows:
19.02.24 – Welcome, Induction & system access.
23.02.24 – Digital Training
26.02.24 – 06.03.24 – Part 1 online training (theory)
07.03.24 – 13.03.24 – Part 1 consolidation training (practical)
14.03.24 – 26.03.24 – Part 2 online training (theory)
27.03.24 – 28.03.24 – Mental Health training
29.03.24 – 19.04.24 – Part 2 consolidation training (practical)
Sickness/Absence:
Due to the nature of the training, full attendance is important during the training period, noncompliance may lead to your assignment being ended early. Emergency leave will be considered on a case-by-case bases.
This is a long-term assignment, successful candidates will remain office based for the first 6 months of the assignment, the option to work from home may become available after 6 months and depending on performance.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English. ( Proof of certs required before application is considered)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to use own initiative.
