Position: Support Services Supervisor – Band 3

Working Hours: 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, 5 out of 7 days

Salary: £11.11 per hour

Key Responsibilities: As a Support Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of support services within our healthcare facility. Your main duties will include:

• Supervising and leading a team of support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Managing the allocation of tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet the facility’s support services needs.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Training and developing support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handling administrative tasks related to support services.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in support services within a healthcare setting.
