Our client, based in Belfast is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
– Dealing with the public regarding overpayments of benefit, and repayment of social security loans. As this is a telephony based post, the main duties are telephony duties, answering telephone enquiries and setting repayment plans. Dealing with overpayment of benefit enquiries. The Agency worker must be able to deal with customers on the phone, and complete after call work. Full training will be provided.
Essential Criteria:- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
– Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Good communication skills
– Ability to use own initiative
Wage:
– £11.99ph (weekly)
Location:
– Level 5 Castle Court, Royal Avenue, Belfast
Start Date:
– ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
– 12 months, with possible extension
Work Pattern:
– Monday to Friday 9am and 5pm.
– 37hr per week
