Front of House (Catering Assistant).

Location: Craigavon
Hours: 30 or 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including alternative weekends
Shift Times: Between 7:00am and 8:00pm (flexibility required)

Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Front of House (Catering Assistant) to join our team in Craigavon. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day catering operations, ensuring high standards of service and a positive experience for all customers.

Rates of Pay

• Monday – Friday: £12.51 per hour
• Saturday: £17.64 per hour
• Sunday: £22.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a range of hot beverages
• Operating the till and handling cash transactions
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards within the front‑of‑house area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or customer‑facing role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly within shift patterns
• Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
