We’re Hiring – Domestic Supervisor

Location: Newry
Start: Immediate
Temporary, ongoing

Shifts: Between 7am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday (rota-based)

Pay Rates:

• Monday–Friday: £12.75 per hour
• After 8pm & Saturdays: £17.22 per hour
• Sundays: £21.55 per hour 

  We are recruiting a Domestic Supervisor to oversee support services and ensure high standards across a busy environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily domestic, catering, and portering services
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Plan and oversee staff rotas, schedules, and training
• Manage stock, supplies, and equipment
• Conduct audits and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Handle incidents, reports, and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Support team performance, development, and staff management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare or hospitality
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain high standards and support a team environment
