Do you have experience of working within a commercial / insurance setting? Are you experienced in managing new and existing client accounts? The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients based in Tunbridge Wells and this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Building strong rapport with large client base
• Conducting outbound calls to existing clients
• Receiving inbound calls
• Creating up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Operating effectively in a B2B environment
• Working towards revenue targets
• Working within a fast paced environment
• Understanding client requirements and building the right solution for them
• Understanding of marketing
• Completing client visits – virtual and face to face

The Person:

• Experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients
• Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement and networking
• Tenacious and have a business curiosity
• Willing to learn, as every day will be different
• Consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener
• Experience within a commercial / insurance background (ideal)
