Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Full-Time Temporary ongoing Band 2 Administrator in Armagh
This is an ongoing temporary position, starting asap
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9.00am- 5.00pm Rota 7.00am – 3.00pm once per week initially
Rate of pay £10.42 per hour
Main Duties:
- Data Input of complaints onto database (inc. use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook for emails)
- Filing and files to/from store room (alphabetical and numerical)
- Answering calls
- Other general office duties
Qualifications/Experience:
- Four GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent to include English; and one year’s admin/clerical experience.
- Experience of data input into computerised information system / database
- Experience of Microsoft office – in particular Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
