Our client, based in Antrim are looking for an Admin Person to join their team
Job Description:
• Office based role.
• Assessing accommodation applications and dealing with customer enquiries via face to face, telephone, written or electronic means.
• Assist with room allocation and contacting learners to follow up enquiries.
• Update computerised records.
• Assist with accommodation enrolment process and induction.
• Participating in a team in a target driven, customer facing environment to support the delivery of customer service, quality and performance.
• Maintaining relevant recording systems, databases and spreadsheets.
• Providing general administrative support where required, for example, organising meetings and taking minutes.
• File, photocopy and do other administrative tasks.
• Assist with the organisation of evening activities and other College events i.e. graduations.
• Refer complex queries or cases to Student Services Manager.
• Handling and communicating personal data in accordance with departmental policies.
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs Including Maths and English (certificate proof)
Desirable Criteria:
– Experience working with customers
– Experience working with young people
– Experience digital record keeping
– At least a Level 3 qualification
Wage:
– £11.99ph (weekly)
Location:
– Greenmount Campus, 45 Trigracy Road, Antrim, BT41 4PS
Start Date:
– ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
– 6 months minimum
Work Pattern:
– 37 hours per week Mon to Fri, 9am – 5pm
