Our client, based in Newtownards is looking for an X2 Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
– Customer Services Branch (CSB) provides the administrative support
within the departments (DAERA) network of local offices.
– The objective is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services
delivered by the Department to its customers, predominantly farmers, farm
families and rural dwellers.
– It seeks to ensure that the majority of customer enquiries are satisfactorily
resolved at the first point of contact. Customers are given a choice of
communication channels and can access the Department’s services
remotely by phone, fax, e-mail, online and post, or in person at a department Direct office.
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
– Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Good communication skills
– Ability to use own initiative
Wage:
– £11.99ph (weekly)
Location:
– Sketrick House, Jubilee Road, Newtownards, BT23 4YH
Start Date:
– ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
– 51 weeks with extension
Work Pattern:
– 37 hrs Per Week, 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri
