Our client, based in Belfast is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
– Managing 2 mailboxes
– Picking up triggers and maintaining tracker spreadsheet
– Issuing prompts for returning members of staff
– Welfare referrals
– OHS Referrals and issuing results letters
– Issuing Stress Questionnaires
– Minute taking and distribution and liaising regarding points of disagreement
– Preparing pre-dismissal documents for consideration of dismissal meetings
– File requests including electronic files
– Monthly management stats and other stats on request
– Security checks on staff who are completing probation or CTC has expired
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
– Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Good communication skills
– Ability to use own initiative
Wage:
– £11.99ph (weekly)
Location:
– 2-4 BRUCE STREET BELFAST BT2 7JD
Start Date:
– ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
– Minimum 6 months – possible extension
Work Pattern:
– 37 hrs Per Week, 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri
