Our client, based in Mullusk is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team
Job Description:
– Customer Services Branch (CSB) provides the administrative support within the departments (DAERA) network of local offices.
– The objective is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered by the Department to its customers, predominantly farmers, farm families and rural dwellers.
– It seeks to ensure that the majority of customer enquiries are satisfactorily resolved at the first point of contact. Customers are given a choice of communication channels and can access the Department’s services remotely by phone, fax, e-mail, online and post, or in person at a department Direct office.
– Maintain and update data on spreadsheets and other systems
– Process movement documents and registration of animals
– Communicate with customers face to face via telephone standards and guidelines
– Front desk / counter duties
– Prepare letters and correspondence
– Provide departmental services to customers following standards and guidelines
– Attend training and development sessions as required
– Provide support for ad hoc exercise and perform post/courier duties
– Other admin duties
Essential Criteria:
– 2 GCSEs Including Maths and English (certificate proof)
– Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Good communication skills
– Ability to use own initiative
Wage:
– £10.94ph (weekly)

– Up to 51 weeks

Mon 13.15-17.00 3.45hrs
Wed 9-17.00 7.20hrs
Fri 9-17.00 7.25hrs
18.5 hrs per week
