Our client based in Ballymena, is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team

Job Description:

– Based within the family court team, main duties will be clerking and resulting court orders on the day, prioritising orders with attention to detail to ensure they are 100% accurate. Other duties include listing cases for court on relevant systems, filing papers, processing applications received within tight timeframes, photocopying documentation, preparing court papers, post opening duties, dealing with customers via phone e-mail, managing email inbox, and attending court to result court procedures. All other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. 5pm cover required on a rota basis.

Essential Criteria:

– 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)

– Good communication skills.

– Organisational skills

– Effective communication skills both written and oral

– Effective time management

Wage:

– £12.59ph (weekly)

Location:

– Ballymena Courthouse, Albert Place, Ballymena

Start Date:

– ASAP

Length Of Assignment:

– 3+ months

Work Pattern:

– Generally 9-5 Mon to Fri

– 5pm cover required on a rota basis

– 37hrs per week
